Entering a relationship with a certified grief and loss coach assures you have someone to keep you on track as you embark upon a journey of healing your grief, making necessary transitions and moving forward. I provide a judgment-free zone, help to establish healthy boundaries and goals. I'm a gifted coach, educator and group facilitator, specializing in providing tools to manage the intense emotions that come with grief. I help you practice self-care as you move through the various levels and stages of grief.

How Long Will It Take for Me to Heal My Grief?
While loss is universal--everyone will suffer some kind of painful loss at some point in life--it is also personal. Each person heals and moves through their grief differently. Because change takes time my grief healing program is designed to help you heal at your pace while also helping you move forward. Because lasting change involves regular coaching sessions, assessments for greater self-awareness, creative learning approaches to help manage those roller-coaster emotions that often accompany grief and loss, mastering new strengths and mindsets, taking measurable steps that lead to actual change. It's not how quickly you complete your program but knowing in the final analysis you will have accomplished what you set out to do: thrive after loss. That's a great feeling!
